Collection and Return Arrangements

Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, Cardgraphica will organize the collection of the item(s) from the delivery address using the same service that was used for the original delivery.

Return Costs

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods. Such costs will be deducted from the refund amount payable to the customer.

Collection Scheduling

Prior to booking any courier or postal service, Cardgraphica will liaise with the customer to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for collection. The customer's cooperation in facilitating this arrangement is required.

Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items must be received by Cardgraphica in their original state, free from damage, and complete with all original packaging and accompanying documentation. The customer shall take reasonable care to ensure the goods remain in satisfactory condition during their possession and return transit.

Rejection of Damaged or Incomplete Returns

Cardgraphica reserves the right to refuse refunds for any items that: (a) Show evidence of damage occurring after delivery to the customer; or (b) Are returned without their complete original packaging and documentation.

In such cases, Cardgraphica may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the goods or return the items to the customer at the customer's expense.

Partial Returns Policy

Where multiple items are purchased in a single order, the customer may cancel the order in respect of some or all items. Refunds will be processed proportionately for the returned items only. Delivery charges may be partially refundable where the entire order is not returned.

Inspection of Returned Items

Cardgraphica reserves the right to inspect all returned items before processing any refund. This inspection will be conducted promptly upon receipt of the returned goods.

Cardgraphica will process all eligible refunds within 14 days of either: (a) Receiving the returned goods; or (b) Receiving evidence from the customer that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Payment Refund Method

All refunds will be processed via Stripe payment processing service and will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. Cardgraphica is unable to process refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

Refund Timeline

Upon approval of a refund request, Cardgraphica will initiate the refund process within 14 days as required by law. However, customers should be aware that once initiated, the actual receipt of funds is subject to Stripe's processing times and the policies of the customer's payment issuer. Typically, refunds may take between 5-10 business days to appear in the customer's account, with business days being considered as Monday through Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.

Refund Calculation

We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to your handling. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount payable to the customer.

Cardgraphica will provide confirmation via email when a refund has been initiated. This confirmation will include the refund amount and the expected processing timeline. Should the customer not receive the refunded amount within the specified timeframe, the customer should first contact their payment issuer before contacting Cardgraphica.
